Why are my transactions not displaying

If you're referring to the Bank transactions page, there can be various reasons why transactions are not displaying or downloading, depending on the specific situation, rjhcleaningservices.

Here are the following:

  • First time to connect your bank to QuickBooks Online - some financial institutions only allow us to download up to 90 days' worth of transactions.
  • Interrupted connection between your bank's website and QuickBooks Online.
  • Bank errors

If you need more than 90 day's worth of transactions, you can download a CSV file from your bank and upload it directly in QuickBooks Online. To successfully bring your bank transactions into QuickBooks, you can follow the step-by-step instructions in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

In the meantime, you can manually reestablish the connection or refresh the downloaded bank transactions by following these steps:

  1. In the Bank transactions page, click the Update button.
  2. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
  3. Click Continue update.
