Before anything else, I'd like to know what bank you're currently using so we can check if there's an ongoing investigation related to your specific scenario. Any additional information will be much appreciated so I can assist you appropriately.
In the meantime, I suggest manually uploading the missing transactions to your account since they still didn't show after updating. I'll show you how.
You can import your data through the Gear icon and click Import Data. Otherwise, you can follow the steps below:
- From the Transactions tab, select Bank Transactions.
- In the Link account drop-down, select Upload from file.
- Click the Drag and drop or select files button.
- Select the CSV file and then open it.
- In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into.
- Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
- Select the transactions, and then click Yes.
- Once done, click Let's Go.

Once you get your transactions into QuickBooks, you'll want to
match and categorize them. The transactions go into your accounts after you review them.
