Let's get your bank transactions to show so you can get back to business, @mindy725.
Before we start, may I know what bank is connected to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account? Any additional information would help us verify if there's an issue with the bank.
In the meantime, let's manually update your bank account to download the missing transactions. This will help refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. Here's how:
Once done, check your missing transactions from the For review tab. If they're still aren't showing, check out this article for other troubleshooting steps: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you have successfully downloaded all your bank transactions, you may want to categorize and match them. This will help make sure your transactions are in the correct accounts when adding them to QuickBooks.
Should you need any additional assistance while managing your bank transactions, you can leave a comment below. I'll be sure to get back to you, @mindy725.
Is it possible they are in a different section of the Bank Feed Window? I believe QBO is similar to QBD where the items can be in different sections. Desktop has:
Recognized
Partially-Recognized
Unrecognized
Added to Register
So see if there are any other items that have not been matched. Credit Cards often have a lot of Unrecognized entries if you don't add then in before your sync. Or, often they'll come through with different names and don't match up automatically.
@Mark_R, Thanks for the info. I bank with Navy Federal Credit Union and have not had problems in several years of using QBO. For some reason, on this particular update, 3 transactions on the same date did not download from NFCU even though everything else did. I identified the missing transactions and manually added them to the bank register in QBO. Everything is reconciled, and all is well. Hope it doesn't happen again.
"...and manually added them to the bank register..."
Remember that the Bank Feed is designed to match entries YOU have added to the Register. It is to confirm that the transactions you have authorized is really what the bank has done. The Bank Feed is not designed to be an transaction entry tool.
As you've found out, it often works fine, but will often miss transactions. Whether it be on the bank's end or QB's, transactions can often be missed in the sync that are really there.
I had the same issue here with CIBC VISA in Canada. Six transactions April 1st did not download. This month, five transactions (June 1st to now) are not downloading. I have a feeling I will have to fix this manually again. Hmmm, as I type this.. I wonder if this is because of two-factor authentication which started with my replaced CIBC VISA card. Maybe QBO attempts to download / sync while 2-factor authentication is playing out? Anyways, it is very annoying. It is hard to know if it is a QBO issue or CIBC VISA issue. Another annoyance with CIBC VISA is I was getting transactions with Posted date. It was messing with Reconciliation.. having to adjust the date manually on several transactions. CIBC VISA also times out I think within 10 minutes. I end up having to log back in a dozen times throughout the day.
Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.

When this issues occurs, is the best method of correction to manually add in all missing transactions from your bank statement?
Glad to see you here today.
Let me share the details on what to do when your bank is unable to download recent transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Yes, you're right. If updates appear stuck or you aren't receiving the latest transactions, the best option is to import them manually into QBO.
To do that:
