When manually importing bank transactions into QuickBooks, it’s important to ensure that you’re using the correct 3-column or 4-column format, and it should not exceed 350 KB in size with no more than 1,000 rows.
Since you're trying to import 9 months of transactions, you'll need to split your transactions into smaller segments.
