Why didn't all my banking transactions update?

I last updated banking on 6/1/2021 and I just updated today 5/7/2022 but the the last deposits I see are dated 6/1/2021. Why are some items updating in banking but not others?

Why didn't all my banking transactions update?

Thanks for reaching out to QuickBooks Community for support, @mbilal2019. I'm happy to lend a hand with bringing in your transactions.

To clarify, what financial institution are you currently using? Knowing this would allow me to dig further for possible open investigations concerning your bank specifically.

The way QuickBooks uploads transactions depends on your bank.

For the time being, I recommend uploading your bank transaction to keep your books and records updated. I'll show you how.

First, pick the entries from your bank's website:

  1. Sign in to your bank's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer.
  3. Check the date range for the download. It should be at least one day before the date of your oldest transaction.
  4. Download your transactions. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.

After that, you're now ready to upload them to QuickBooks Online.

Once your bank transactions are available on the Banking page, you need to review them and put them in the correct accounts. You can check out this link as your guide: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your response. Reach back out any time you need a helping hand. I'm always around to help you out. Take care and have a great week!

Why didn't all my banking transactions update?

I am with the Co-operative Bank and since earlier this year every time I log into my quickbooks app I am sent a one time password from my bank and I have just realised for the second time that my transactions in quickbooks only go up to 7th September.  I have reconnected my bank but the transactions between that date and now are not appearing.  How can I stop this repeatedly happening.  I am going to need to sit and manually put in all the transactions now which is not ideal.  Thanks
