It's possible that your payment was held because the first few payments in QuickBooks Payments were being reviewed.
When your payments are on hold, QuickBooks will notify you via email and it has instructions on how to release the hold and fix any issues. You can check this article for more details: Why are my funds on hold?
If the review process extends beyond the expected time frame, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments support team for assistance. They can access your account and provide an update on the status of the transaction limit review.
Here's how to reach them:
- Go to Help located at the top of your screen.
- Select one of these options:
- Click on the Assistant tab and select Talk to a Human.
- Go to the Search tab and click on Contact Us to connect with a support expert.
