QuickBooks automatically downloads new transactions when you connect your online bank accounts. Since you're not getting the transactions, it could be stuck. Thus, you can start a manual download to bring these transactions into the program. You can follow these steps to do so:
If this doesn't work, the issue may be on the bank's end. You can check your bank's website. First, get the URL QuickBooks uses to connect:
Once signed in, you may check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts. You may also look for any display issues as you navigate the website, which can block QuickBooks from downloading the new transactions. Lastly, check if there's an announcement about new security requirements.
Then, if everything is good, you can go back to the program and do the first step I provided.
You may also update your bank info in the program if you recently updated anything on your bank's website.

On the other hand, you can manually upload the transactions in QuickBooks as an alternative. Please know that once you import these transactions, they can be duplicated once QuickBooks automatically downloads them.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) for the time being.
