Here are a few possible reasons why PayPal is not syncing to QuickBooks Online:

  • Your bank might have enabled a new security feature that requires you to take action.
  • The bank is under maintenance.

To resolve this, let's make sure you can log in to your bank's website. Then, do the manual update by following these steps:

  1. On the left panel, click Banking.
  2. Select your PayPal account, and click Update button.

Once updated, check if there are new transactions added. If you get an error, you can try searching for the specific error message in the search field located at the top of the page.
