We review payments to ensure everything is alright. However, if payments are taking longer than usual, you can log in to your Merchant Services account to review the status. Successful deposits have Funded status while a Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned status may indicate a deposit issue.
Also, you'll get an email from us with the steps to fix the issue. You can check your Spam or Junk folders if you can't see them in your Inbox.

The bottom line is QB is using that money while it is waiting to be transferred. Small transfers add up to millions for QB and others to extract money from the transfer, so the longer they wait to finalize the more they make on that money in limbo. It is basically stealing your money for 3 to 7 days.
Basically QB extracts value from the money while it is waiting to be transferred. We lose money because we don't have access to the funds to make money. We get screwed twice. QB and others are stealing our funds for 3 to 7 days!

I don't understand why there is fees because we already paid everymonth. so they get the money from everywhere. and they can grow from my money that I earn by doing real job
I am waiting since a week (5 days + 2 of the new week without any day off) to get that money and still not present. I am not Mulsk and need the money.
I love the excuses they give you about confirming deposits and hold times are normal. I have quickbooks checking for the merchant services and I deposited a check 3 days ago for $141.00. Still is not in my account. Last time I ever mobile deposit a check there again. I thought maybe after a few months of having the mobile deposit it would clear like a normal bank (overnight like my truist and Td bank accounts). Its 2023! These checks clear the banks almost immediately. I can't stand the lies from quickbooks about normal bank hold times. So Ridiculous!!! Oh, and they said after about a month of having the mobile deposit ability on my QBO, the checks would clear faster. Another lie of course. So disappointing.
My plan is to find a back with free business checking,
then just attach the QB payroll to debit from that account directly. This is just too much. Normally banks take a day for deposit or transfer. I’ve been waiting over a week with deposits saying pending. Thankfully I have a payroll account to be able to use the funds transferred, but this is out of hand / control.
Let me know if you find one. Nothing is free for businesses. All the smaller, better banks are getting eaten up. Like everyone else I waited awhile to be able to deposit checks into QBO then when it finally arrived little did I know that it would take a week! I have gotten so screwed by this that after 3 tries I am no longer using this service. They say your instant deposit with credit card payments is free when you click the button but then they charge you for it a week later as well so you don't notice it under some random QB administration fee bundled together with other fees.

My account is a couple years old and checks are showing a full week out for availability. This is not acceptable!
