Hi there, vive.
Please know that the downloaded data in QuickBooks depends on what your Acuity Scheduling shares with us. However, the integration between the two software won't affect when managing custom transaction numbers in QuickBooks. I've got troubleshooting steps to ensure the Custom transaction numbers option is permanently disabled after modifying this setting.
A cache full of history and temp files can occasionally cause unexpected behavior, such as the mentioned feature not appearing as a turn-off. I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. Then disable the Custom transaction numbers again on your end. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and incognito doesn't store local files or cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:
- For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
If it works in incognito, you'll have to clear the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above don't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.
In case you need steps on how to view the status of your sales transactions like open and paid invoices, you can read this article: View sales transactions.
Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns about managing invoices in QBO. I'm always here to help you further,
vive. Have a good one!
