Welcome to the Community space,
I am here to provide some insights into why your credit card subaccount isn't showing in your Bank Transactions tab in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
When you create a credit card subaccount to your parent account and for this subaccount to show in the Bank Transactions tab, you'll need to connect it to online banking.
It is also important to note that, you can't connect both the parent account and subaccount to one bank. If you try to connect both, you'll get a message that the account is already connected.
If you already connected your subaccount to online banking but it's still not showing, I suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
If this doesn't work, you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I suggest switching to a different supported browser.
Furthermore, I'm adding this helpful article as your reference in uploading and importing your bank transactions to QBO: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Come back to this post if you have other concerns about your subaccounts in QuickBooks Online. I'll be here to lend a hand. Have a good one!
The new credit card is still not showing up in Bank transactions after trying everything you mentioned. The other subaccounts are, so switching to a different browser is not the solution. I have confirmed with the bank that the new account is being shared with Quickbooks
Thanks for the prompt response, @Marquette. I appreciate the additional details you've shared. I understand the importance of successfully connecting your credit card account to QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to provide additional details.
To begin, ensure that your credit card is connected to online banking. You can easily check this by going to your Chart of Accounts. Here's how:
Furthermore, to properly connect your subaccount, you need to know how your bank sends the downloaded transactions. If the transactions download to one account, connect only the parent account. If the transactions download to the individual accounts, connect the subaccounts and not the parent account.
Please note that you can’t connect both a parent account and its subaccounts. If you try to connect both, you’ll get a message that the account is already connected.
Moreover, can you please tell us the name of the credit card you are trying to set up?
After successfully connecting your credit card to QBO, make sure to reconcile it to keep your books accurate and up to date.

There is not an arrow for this new credit card account - this is where the problem is at. I want to also mention that an Icon for this account is not even showing up under Bank Transactions. I do see it listed if I want to reorder account icons, but it doesn't appear as a separate icon like the others.
Hello there, @Marquette.
I can see the necessity of connecting to online banking to acquire transactions automatically in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll ensure you can get the help you need to get you back to business immediately.
In QuickBooks Online, connected bank or credit card accounts will usually show on the banking page as a separate tile. However, if added directly without connecting to online banking, it will only show when you select Reorder accounts, without the transactions you need to review.
Hence, how did you add the account to QBO? If this is through the banking page and it didn't show up in the Bank transactions tab, can you provide us the name of your credit card account? This could help us identify if there's an ongoing issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.
In the meantime, you can contact our Customer Support Team during their support hours. They have all the necessary tools to help you check and resolve this matter. Here's how:

It is working now! I wonder if I was attempting to do it too soon!
