I know why the bank transactions didn't import into QuickBooks Online, @snatysin-gmail-c. Let's ensure you'll get the data you want.
Bank transactions older than 90 days can't be downloaded to QuickBooks. The reason why transactions from January-May 2022 aren't showing on your feeds. I suggest manually uploading them into your account. Here's how:
- Click on Bookkeeping then select Transactions.
- Hit Bank transactions, or navigate to Bank transactions.
- Pick the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
- Click the Link account ▼ dropdown and then select Upload from file.
- Choose Drag and drop or select files. Then hit Continue.
- Go to the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, and choose the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then click Continue.
- Go through the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the right fields in QuickBooks. Then hit Continue.
- Choose the transactions you would like to import. Then hit Continue.
- Click on Yes.
- If you approved your transactions, click Done.

Once everything is good, you can categorize and match the bank transactions and reconcile the account to keep its balances in order.
