If you're referring to the bank details in your bank transactions tab, you have to make sure that you check the box to show bank details under the transaction details. Below are the steps to do this:
- Go to Transactions.
- Under Bank transactions tab, click the gear icon.
- Scroll down to Transaction details and check show bank details.
Furthermore, QB is dependent on the information provided by your bank, which is the only data displayed in QB. If specific transaction details are available on your bank's website, you can manually upload them into QB. Before doing so, please ensure that you exclude the transactions that lack sufficient details to avoid creating duplicates.
