I'm here to share with you the possible reasons why you can't connect the Chase credit card in your book, laurenrm.
We have listed multiple banks on our list. Also, it could be the financial institution are not connected to all types of accounts. The bank may not be participating in financial institutions as well.
Now, I would recommend to copy the bank URL and connect the Chase credit card account again. You can go to your bank's website and copy the URL. In your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Transactions.
- Click the Connect account button at the upper-right corner.
- Pate the URL n the Connect another bank or credit card box.
- Enter the sign-in information you use for your bank's website. Then, click the Connect securely button.
