will not connect to chase bank, have tired updatiing the connection but didn't work

Hi there, seelye101. Thank you for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue with connecting your Chase bank account to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.

To assist you further, could you let us know if you’re encountering any error messages or codes during the connection process? If so, please share the exact message. This will help us identify the root cause and provide the most effective solution.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions using a CSV file. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Profile ⚙ icon and select Imports.
  2. Choose Import transactions.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your CSV file.
  4. Click Import.

It’s important to note that if your bank account is later connected, it may create duplicate transactions for the ones you’ve already imported. To resolve this, you can exclude the duplicate transactions.
