Yes, the +New option is removed in the new release interface of QuickBooks Online (QBO), parker. However, you can still access the Transfer option in the + Create or + icon based on which concept you're having. Let's dive into the details.
Starting April 17, 2025, customers identified for the new QuickBooks will automatically opt into either Concept A or B format. You can check your email for additional information regarding the exciting updates for this experience.
If you have the Concept A experience, click the + Create in the left navigation bar to see the Transfer and other options for creating transactions in QuickBooks. Here's a screenshot for visual reference:

However, if you're using the Concept B format, you can see the Transfer feature by clicking the + icon beside the Experts menu in the upper right corner.

On the other hand, please know that ONLY Admin users can opt out of the new QuickBooks experience by going to the Gear icon, and then selecting Switch. A survey about their decision to leave the new QuickBooks will appear.
Once you see the option, you can proceed with transferring funds between accounts in your QuickBooks.
