Welcome to the Community, Dale. Let me share updates about importing invoice styles from Quickbooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

In the recent updates of QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can no longer directly import your customized invoice templates from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). However, if you wish to do so, QBO has a Find Apps feature that integrates third-party apps that can accomplish what you need.

Here’s how you can visit the App page:

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Choose Apps at the right panel, then click Find Apps.
  3. Look for the app you wish to connect using the magnifying glass bar or the Browse categories ▼ in searching for an app by class.

Furthermore, the QBO also offers a feature that can personalize your invoice templates and other sales forms. You can do this by utilizing the Custom Form Styles option. Let me help you navigate this area by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear Icon ⚙, then choose Custom Form Styles under Your Company.

2. Click the New Style tab, then select Invoice or other sales form.

3. From there, you can personalize your sales form by clicking the Design, Content, and Emails. Know that each one has its sections that you can configure.

4. Once finished making changes, tap on the Done button.
