Curious, why would you need Intuit to remove your duplicate transactions?

Presumably, you can do that yourself? It seems you should be able to delete or modify anything you want that's in your books and is inaccurate.  At least, that how QuickBooks Desktop works...

I hear your sentiments, @kirksherrill.

We'd love to assist you with getting the duplicated transactions removed. Thus, can you please share your experience while trying to remove them? Which part of the process are you having difficulties with?

On the other hand, if you want to remove transactions from the For review page, you must first exclude the downloaded transactions. Once done, the transactions will be moved to the Excluded tab. From there, you can delete them permanently.

  1. From the Banking menu, select the Excluded tab.
  2. Mark all the transactions and click Delete.

Otherwise, you can follow these steps to delete duplicated transactions from the Chart of Accounts:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Chart of accounts.
  2. In the Action column select View register for the account with the duplicate transaction/s.
  3. Navigate to the transaction you wish to delete, then select it to show more details.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Repeat the steps for any other transactions you wish to remove.

I'd also appreciate any additional details you can provide. I’m looking forward to your reply. Keep safe!
