Check out this article for more info: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

If you want to learn how to reactivate closed QBO companies in the future, you can read this article to learn: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to return here if you have additional questions about managing your data in QBO. We'll be willing to lend a hand. Keep safe always, and have a good day.
