Custom fields added in settings doesn't show up in invoices.

I have added custom field in settings like PO number. 

While creating invoice, it showed up. I added value in that field & saved the invoice. 

Now while editing invoice, I no longer see that field in the invoice.

And also, it doesn't show the custom field anymore for new created invoices.

 

Can you please look into this?

Let's go back to your invoice settings, and get your custom field to show on your invoices again. I'd be glad to show you how.

1.Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner, and choose Custom Fields.

2.Find the custom field in question, then click Edit on the far right.

3.Tick the box before All Sales forms to ensure the said custom field will also show on your invoices.

4.Click Save.

If the All Sales forms option is already checked or if the issue persists, let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps. There are instances when a browser is full of cached Internet data, which may cause some unusual responses to visited web pages. To get started, you can use an incognito or a private browser window. Here's how to open one in different browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If that makes you see the custom fields again, that means you'll need to clear your browser's cache. Otherwise, I recommend using a different supported browser.
