DCAA Compliance for QB

Thanks for dropping by the Community to ask for assistance, @Sobhanv. I'm here to provide information about the DCAA compliance for QuickBooks Time (QB Time).

In a few easy steps, you can configure your QB Time account to help you comply with the DCAA's time-tracking requirements. It includes automated, daily reminders to guarantee your team members submit their timesheets at the end of each workday, real-time reporting, and a robust audit trail. However, please keep in mind that every single one of your team members is accountable for accurately tracking their time, so you will also require to provide frequent training to guarantee they comply with the regulations.

To discover more about how to make your time-tracking DCAA compliant, I suggest reaching out to our customer support team.

Furthermore, QB Time offers a wide range of applications for any functionality you require for federal contracting. While we're unable to recommend a third-party tool, I recommend visiting our App Marketplace to search for one.

You may also run reports for particular accounts to get a breakdown of every aspect of your organization.

Please feel free to hit the Reply button so we'll know if you need further help with making your QB Time DCAA compliant. We're available 24/7 to assist you. Take care and have a good one!

DCAA Compliance for QB

Welcome back, @Sobhanv.

There is no available video to set up Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) for QuickBooks Online (QBO). Don't worry, I'll show you how to set it up.

QBO can now be compliant with the DCAA. You'll only need to have a third-party application to align your QuickBooks with the DCAA regulations. To do so, you can visit this website to get the DCAA-compliant applications that work best with Quickbooks: https://apps.intuit.com/.

Also, you want to get in touch with the DCAA agency to get instructions on how to get compliant with them. Once you have the information, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can help you set up DCAA for QBO.

You can also check out this article to learn more about DCAA compliance: DCAA compliance.

Come back to this post if you have other concerns or follow-up questions about DCAA compliance. I'll be around to provide further assistance.

I have worked with DCAA since 1985 and do not suggest contacting them for advice on how to be compliant. Follow the information provided on their website and if you don't understand it completely, hire consultant to help you get setup. Once you flunk an audit, it can be difficult to recover and they look at things even closer.
