As for your second question, it's possible to batch-upload invoices in QBDT. I can guide you through the process.

You can follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Customers menu and select Create Batch Invoices.

2. Ensure your terms, sales tax rate, and send method are updated for all customers you are sending batch invoices to by selecting each of them:

• Double-click on the customer.
• Go to the Additional Info tab and modify the needed details.

3. Determine your desired customers by searching or selecting/creating a Billing Group, then click Next.

4. Pick your preferred line items and template.

5. You can input a message if you want, then select Next.

6. Assess the list of invoices to be produced, then choose Create Invoices.

7. Print or email as appropriate, then hit Close.
