How Do I Connect with an Existing Customer through QuickBooks Business Network?

Hello,

I recently started using QuickBooks Network to connect with several of my customers. This only pulls up their info when creating a new customer (see image below). How do I connect with existing customers? I do not wish to lose the transaction history for my existing customers but would love to connect with some so the invoices show up directly as bills in their QB accounts.

Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community, @tburch. Connecting existing customers through QuickBooks Business Network has yet to be made available. Creating a new customer is the current option to connect your customers to QuickBooks Business Network. I recommend you add your vote for this one by sending a feature request in the Feedback section within QuickBooks.
