how to enable category

I am trying to create a category hierarchy in QBO (QuickBooks Online).

During testing in the sandbox, category creation works normally after creating the sandbox.

However, after resetting the sandbox, category creation fails.

The CompanyInfo.NameValue.Name.ItemCategoriesFeature flag:

• true — categories are enabled
• false — categories are not enabled

After resetting, this setting changes from true to false. I would like to know how to set it back to true.

Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!
