First, you'll need to install and set up QBDT on a server so computers on your network can access your company files.

Once you've set up everything outside QB, you can turn on Multi-user Access on your server computer. Ensure that your server computer is the only computer with this feature enabled. 

1. In QBDT, go to the File menu.
2. Choose Utilities.
3. Select Host Multi-User Access. 
4. Click Yes to confirm.
