Mobile app not syncing with desktop version

We are encountered several issues with the QBO mobile app not syncing properly with the desktop version. Despite following the setup instructions.

Mobile app not syncing with desktop version

Hello there, Luise. We'll share details to help you sync your data from the web browser version of QuickBooks Online (QBO) to the mobile version of the program.

 

Before anything else, know it isn't the experience we want you to have when using QuickBooks. To ensure we can address this situation, can you tell us more about the issues you encountered when utilizing the QBO mobile app? Also, we'd like to know more about the instructions that you followed when setting up the application.

 

When using the mobile version with iOS or Android operating system, you'll want to ensure it runs the 11.1 or newer for iOS and Nougat 7.1.1 or higher for android users. If your device meets the system requirements and the issue persists, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the program while ensuring it has the latest updates. This way, you can take advantage of the recent fixes and improvements.
