Buy nowThe QuickBooks engineers have changed the dashboard again - and only made things worse as far as I can tell.
Just when I got the widgets and bookmarks organized from the last overhaul, and working the way that matches our business, QB changed it up again.
Now the most frequently used options are buried three layers deep - when a single click was enough to pull up invoices, customers, products, etc.
Also, the graphs showing our daily, weekly, monthly, annual sales are broken. The widget used to be a nice chart showing trends. Now there is just a single point on the graph (the total sales for the period selected) rather than a useful graph. It has been rendered worthless.
AND QuickBooks keeps raising the monthly cost - despite deteriorating quality.
Please fire your software developers and lower our prices!!
They just ruined my weekend

I can't believe more people haven't commented on how incredibly stupid the update to the graphs is. Literally, a monthly graph of sales is USELESS with one data point. Who on earth thought that this was a smart update to a sales graph? Literally no one using this feature or any business person would ever suggest that this change to the graphs was intelligent. I've spent thirty years in technology and software development and this is literally one of the most bone-headed changes to functional code I've ever seen. PUT IT BACK. A "month to date" graph should NEVER show one data point when it's meant to show daily data.
And yes to the auto-bots who moderate this, I have reported it. However, something this dumb should never have been done in the first place, so reporting it isn't the real problem.
