I understand the importance of using price rules on the new invoice format in QuickBooks Online (QBO), iws.
The option to apply the price rules on the new invoice experience is unavailable in QBO. As Intuit continues to update and improve the QBO platform. However, if you have the option to switch back to the old layout, you can manage price rules from there.
I can see how having this option would be beneficial to your business. I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
- Type in your feature request in the description box.
- Once done, click on Next.
