new mobile app update doesnt allow me to choose a location when creating an invoice

We have 2 business locations. One in California and one in Texas. When our technicians in the field use the mobile app to create an invoice they use to be able to select their location which was important when I needed to pull up a report for just one location but now theres no option to do so. Why? The other option that is there now is Store number but when I pull up reports, that option isnt there, only Location is still there. Help please! Any suggestions??

Since you've update the mobile app and a feature has disappeared I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Enter your question and hit Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback

 

It's that easy!
