Not sure how to upgrade/expand. Please advise.

Hi there community,

 

I am charged with figuring out how our company is to grow with quickbooks. Currently our company has 3 branches and 1 accounts office in a separate location. The team there uses Quickbooks Premier Retail Version 2015 desktop version and 3 persons log in to the local company file. The owners of the company would like to be able to view quick reports from their mobile phones from anywhere as well as enable the other 3 branches to enter invoices and employee time and attendance without having to physically go to the accounts office. They would like the accounts office to maintain the workflow of the desktop version they've become accustomed to as well. Can this be accomplished? What considerations would we have to make? and what are the pros and cons ?

If you want to keep using your QBD 2015 license, you can set up a private cloud in your office. Your remote users can access company files from their tablets or phones. If you decide to upgrade your data to QB Desktop 2024 Enterprise with hosting solution, you can purchase a new license through select partners to get perpetual discounts on renewal.
