Order taking workflow is very inefficient.

Hello!

We are a distributor.  When taking orders, I need three bits of info:

QOH

QOSO

QOPOs

The inventory information screen has these, but not in enough detail.  Here are the details needed:

QOH: by only selected sites, as not all sites are being sold out of.

QOSO: need the list of sales orders, not just qty.

QOPOs: need list of POs w/ ETA.

 

Without these the sales people can't answer the question "do you have any of this item".  So we have these four reports open on the desktop at all times in order to take a sales call, with each report needing to be scrolled thru to answer the simple question: do we have this available, and if not, when?

This is incredibly inefficient, has anyone come up with a better way?  Software add-ons, or products?  Anything to help us would be greatly appreciated!  I've been reporting this in product suggestions for two decades with no change.
