Be aware that web browsers have the ability to store temporary internet files to enhance browsing performance. However, an excessive accumulation of these files may lead to issues within the application. We recommend performing basic troubleshooting to help clear these temporary internet files from your browser and restore QBO to its default function. Prior to this, please log into your account using an incognito or private browsing mode by utilizing the following shortcut keys:

Once you're in, access or create an invoice and click the More actions to check if the Print printing slip option is available.
