Upon checking here on our end, the option to add another two price rules inside the program is unavailable, and there's no option to change the cost if you're using it for a specific customer. That said, QBDT doesn't have a built-in feature to accomplish tasks like these and directly set up different levels of item cost based on the price level your customer is using.
