Quickbooks Enterprise - Inventory Items

Already use advanced pricing rules for 5 levels of item pricing based on customer criteria, but also really need 2 levels of item cost based on the same customer criteria.  Same Vendor - Same Item - I pay 2 different costs depending upon what PRICE level that customer is  (I am a purchasing agent, my contract with this vendor dictates what my cost is and what price I can sell at).  Is there anyway to automate this?

Quickbooks Enterprise - Inventory Items

Welcome to the Community, @CRose1. We'll provide details about price rules and level inside QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

Know that we recognize how having the option to automate these features can help you save time. Upon checking here on our end, the option to add another two price rules inside the program is unavailable, and there's no option to change the cost if you're using it for a specific customer. That said, QBDT doesn't have a built-in feature to accomplish tasks like these and directly set up different levels of item cost based on the price level your customer is using.

As a workaround, you can utilize a third-party app that can help perform intricate tasks like these. Feel free to visit our official app store: https://desktop.apps.com/home

Furthermore, here's an article to help you manage price levels, price rules, and ensure your data stays accurate inside the program:

Thanks for dropping by here today, @CRose1. You can inform us in the comment section if you need further assistance with this or have any additional concerns related to QuickBooks. Stay safe, and have a good one.
