To get started, I’d like to confirm which QuickBooks subscription you currently have. This detail will help us identify whether your plan supports the integration feature needed for syncing with Pipedrive.
Please know that QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscriptions, Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced, support integrations, which means connecting with Pipedrive is possible on these plans.
However, if you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed or the Solopreneur version, these plans are designed for simple business needs and don't support third-party integrations, such as Pipedrive.
In that case, consider upgrading to a QBO plan to enable this functionality. You can do this by navigating to Subscriptions and billing under the Gear icon. For more details, feel free to check our Plans & Pricing.
