New software update if absolutely HORRIBLE : (

Can someone please help!! I'm trying to navigate the new qb online and the software that it updated to is absolutely horrible as well confusing. I can't locate simple transactions or add my address to invoices with keeping the logo...it's a nightmare..

We understand that navigation may seem a little unfamiliar at first, @jwr934. I’m here to explain the changes and help you get comfortable with them.

 

Transactions can be accessed through the All Apps menu by selecting the specific entry you wish to review. Navigate to sections like Expense & BillsSales & Get Paid, or other relevant categories to find the desired entry.

 

Alternatively, you can use the search bar to quickly locate a specific transaction.

For a more organized view, consider generating a Transaction List by Customer or Vendor reports to easily identify the entries you need.

 

In addition, could you clarify what you mean by adding an address while keeping the logo? In QuickBooks Online, you can add your customer-facing address without affecting it in the Account and Settings under the Company section. You can also make adjustments to it by reuploading.

 

Follow these steps:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Company.
  3. Scroll down to Customer contact info.
  4. Click Edit under Customer address and enter the desired address. This address will appear on future sales forms.
  5. Click Save.
  6. To add the adjusted logo, click the Pencil icon on the logo box and select Upload.
