Recurring Templates Estimates and Invoices

Has anyone else noticed you can no longer make a existing estimate or invoice into a recurring template? With old system I used to using recurring estimate/invoice templates all the time. Now its gone. And I swear Q.B. could give two s**ts about our requests. I also noticed in hear all you can do is give a thumbs up. theirs no thumbs down!

Recurring Templates Estimates and Invoices

I understand the importance of creating recurring estimates/invoices in the new experience, Marty. I recognize all the challenges you've faced.

Currently, the option to create recurring estimates in the new experience is unavailable. If you're on QBO Plus or Advanced, you'll want to consider switching to the old layout to make use of it.

I see this is essential to your business, so I'd recommend sending feedback to our product development team. Your idea will be thoroughly reviewed and might be considered for future updates.

To submit your suggestion:

  1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
  2. Type in your product suggestions.
  3. Select Next to submit.

We greatly appreciate your input and value your contribution towards enhancing our product.

On the other hand, you can create a recurring invoice transaction in the new experience. Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales, select an invoice to view and open.
  2. On the left navigation panel, click Automation.
  3. Click Recurring invoice.
  4. Complete all the necessary fields and tick Save template.
