Hi Tobey. The most common reason why those expenses aren't pulling through in the calculator is that they may have been miscategorized. They're likely sitting under general business expenses instead of home office expenses.
To resolve this, simply re-categorize them (for example, as Home Office: Repairs and Maintenance). Doing this should ensure they appear in the calculator.
