Allow me to share details and help with your question about previously filed forms, MV70.
QuickBooks automatically saves all printed and filed forms in the Saved Filings or Filing History section uf you did it inside the program. It's possible that the 941 form for the first quarter wasn't filed or printed at all.
This can be the reason why it's not listed in the Saved Filings tab. However, you can open the actual form and print it since it's still available in QuickBooks. here's how:
- Select the Quarterly Form 941 in the File Forms tab.
- Click Create Form.
- Change the Quarter Ending Date to 03/31/2022, then click OK.
- Review all the details of the form.
- Choose Print for your Records.
Once done, go back to the Saved Filings section and check if you can now see the tax form. You can also send the form to the IRS if they're asking for a copy of the form.
