Let me help you delete a duplicate employee in your QuickBooks Online.
Here’s how.
- Go to the Payroll menu.
- Select the Employees tab.
- Select the employee's name. If the employee isn't on the list, select All employees from the Active Employees dropdown.
- Click Edit Employee.
- Click Delete employee.
- Then, click Yes to confirm.
