Are you trying to change the account in the Chart of Accounts of your paycheck? If so, the option to edit this info is unavailable in the program.
If your payroll hasn't been submitted yet, then you can delete the paycheck and recreate it again. Just make sure to select the correct bank account this time.
If the paycheck has already been sent, you'll need to void the paycheck and then process a regular payroll check to rectify your data.

Weird. I've been able to change the bank account on a check, any type of check, in QuickBooks Desktop since the last century. It's a super basic thing to be able to do, and quite useful. I wonder why QB Online doesn't let users do this? Seems super simple to make it work.
Oh well, I guess this is just another of the many ways QB Desktop is better then Online.
