I am trying to look at my W2 from 2018, but whenever I try to login it tells me that the system administrator has not granted me access and I have to contact someone else.
How can I resolve this problem?

You'll need to login as the Master Admin of the account to access the W-2 form. Or, you may want to ask the Master Admin of the account to check your user access rights in QuickBooks Online.
