Account says payroll subscription is active but the payroll center says its inactive

I updated to Enhanced in May 2022. It worked great until after I did my August 15th 2022 payroll. It says I'm active but still won't let me get into my payroll account! I've called and talked with numerous people for hours and none of them can figure it out. We've done everything over and over and over. I'm over it and quitting Quickbooks payroll and have gone with a local payroll service. I still can't get into account to get my tax forms that I need! It's caused many sleepless nights and I'm not doing it anymore!
