When you add employees in QuickBooks, you can enter various details into their profile to appear on the paychecks. However, adding your phone number to display on the ACH check stub for employees is currently unavailable in QBO. If you desire to add the details mentioned, I suggest purchasing or using a pre-printed check so you can add the phone's information to it. For now, I suggest going to the Gear icon in QuickBooks Online. From there, I encourage you to choose Feedback and submit a request about having the option to include your phone number to show on the ACH check stub for employees. Any recommendations are sent to our engineer for consideration in future updates.
