Adding Phone Number To Display On ACH Checks

Hi there, JND2019.

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing details on how employee information works on their paychecks. Then, I'll ensure you can send feedback so our product developers can consider adding the feature you need in the next updates.

When you add employees in QuickBooks, you can enter various details into their profile to appear on the paychecks. However, adding your phone number to display on the ACH check stub for employees is currently unavailable in QBO. If you desire to add the details mentioned, I suggest purchasing or using a pre-printed check so you can add the phone's information to it. You can open this article to see further details and how the pre-printed works in the system: Order checks, tax forms, and other supplies.

For now, I suggest going to the Gear icon in QuickBooks Online. From there, I encourage you to choose Feedback and submit a request about having the option to include your phone number to show on the ACH check stub for employees. Any recommendations are sent to our engineer for consideration in future updates.

Lastly, you may refer to this article to see steps on how you can run different payroll reports that you can use to view useful information about your business and employees: Run payroll reports in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Keep me posted if you need further assistance with any employee's paycheck concern in QBO. I’ll jump right back in help and make sure this is taken care of for you. Enjoy the rest of the day, JND2019. Have a great day!
