There are a few common reasons why you might encounter issues exporting payroll data into QuickBooks, Hollyintuc. One possibility is that your payroll setup is incomplete. Only fully set up payroll accounts can export data.
- The export connection for standalone payroll will expire if payroll is attached to your QuickBooks Online account.
- The Primary Admin must complete the export setup. If the Primary Admin is a Firm user, they need to transfer the role to a non-Firm user first.
- Standalone Payroll cannot export transactions to QBO accounts that already have payroll.
