Anyone having issues getting paid two.days early ?

I use chime as my bank and have already spoken to them about why I'm not receiving my paycheck 2 days early since my company switched to quickbooks. It's seem my company's payroll people nor chime can figure out why I'm not able to receive check early . Anyone else have this issue?

Anyone having issues getting paid two.days early ?

Welcome to the Community space, traci.

I'm here to provide details about the Early Pay feature in QuickBooks Online Payroll via Workforce.

Early Pay feature is included in your Payroll Subscription and turned on by default. To use this feature, employees need to meet these additional criteria for eligibility:

  1. Employees must be 18 years of age or older in most states. Alabama and Nebraska residents must be 19 years of age or older.
  2. Employees must receive payment through direct deposit weekly, biweekly, or monthly into a single bank account.
  3. They should have received at least one regular paycheck in the last 30 days; bonuses or commissions do not count.
  4. Employees must not have any outstanding Early Pay loans, and any Early Pay loans taken in the past three months must not be more than 16 days past due.
  5. Their primary address must not be in Hawaii, Illinois, or Maine.

Additionally, employees also need to be invited into the workforce to use this feature. If you're not using workforce, you can share the following steps with your employer on how to invite employees.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu, and then Employees.
  2. Select Invite to Workforce.
  3. Check the boxes next to the names of the employees you want to invite and enter their email addresses.
  4. When finished, select Send Invitations.

For further assistance and reference on managing workers, employees, and related matters, you can refer to the QuickBooks Help Articles.

Feel free to return to this post if you have any other questions or concerns about the Early Pay feature in QuickBooks. I'm here to provide further assistance. Have a great day!
