Anyone spoken to a human regarding the direct deposit problem?

I put in a call request, but have yet to hear from anyone.

 

Anyone heard from a representative on a resolution to this problem?

Nope.  I have been in the chat queue since 6am PT and the call-back queue since shortly after that.  All we have is the lame status page http://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/

I have some information on this, @LJDomos, @Emily Mail Depot.

 

Thank you so much for reporting this in the community. We did identify an issue this morning (April 30th) that prevented some direct deposits from being processed as normal.

 

The good news is, this has now been resolved and we expect all affected deposits to be processed and in your employees' accounts by the end of the day today.
