I was able with Quickbooks help to find 940 and 941 perviously filed so I could print. I can not remember steps to find. It was somewhere under users and public. But I don't remember how to get to it. I also need to find and print w3. all for 4quarter of 2023

QBDT enables you to archive payroll forms after submission. As these forms are from last year's quarter, it's important to update your payroll tax tables to access your filing history. Once your payroll is updated, you can proceed to the File Forms tab to locate the payroll forms you require and print them. Here are the steps to navigate the program:

I don't know why but there is nothing except this years first quarter in saved file. Do you know what I am talking about using c drive and looking in public and users in intuit?

Your QBDT forms and files can be found in your C Drive from your File Explorer. The C drive holds the storage media for your downloaded application software, system file, and device driver. You can utilize the search box provided in the upper right corner of your File Explorer.
If you're still unable to find it by using this method, let's go ahead and do a wild card search on your computer server. Using this procedure will help us discover the data you're finding by using a unique character.
When doing this, I recommend including the asterisk (*) to ensure that you're searching for the correct files on your computer. Here are some examples of the extension type:
