Call back AND chat are "currently closed"??? on a Friday PAYDAY and Direct Deposit are NOT going through like they usually do??

I submitted all payroll on Thursday. Direct deposit, as usual. All employees are telling me they've gotten no deposit. Help and chat are both "closed" as of 10:30 am Friday morning? Direct deposit cannot be undone, and QBO won't let me edit to change to paper checks. What a mess. Thanks QB!

Joining the thread to share the current update about this Direct Deposit concern, @AngelaWRTj,

 

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
