You'll need to add your crew lead as a team member in QuickBooks Time. Then, set access permissions so they can manage the timesheets for all team members, especially the new employees. Here's how:
- In your QBO account, go to the Time menu and select Overview, then Go to Classic QuickBooks Time.
- Go to Time team, and click Add team members.
- Fill out the necessary information for the crew lead.
- After that, go to the My Team menu and find the crew lead.
- From the 3 vertical dots, select Edit.
- Go to the Permissions tab. Then, select Payroll Manager.
- Click Save.
Once done, you'll see that the View timesheet reports for all team members section is checked. Your crew lead can now manage time for all team members.
