I'm glad you've reached out to us. Allow me to help and provide some insights about Electronic services in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Once you set up your QBO account for the IRS Electronic Services, the system automatically enables you for both e-filing and e-payment processing. This is in line with the IRS regulations to help our customers get compliant with the Federal agency.
For the meantime, you can manually print the form and submit it directly to the IRS or State Agency.
